Do you need to mass-calibrate the OneMP?
Yes, you need a mix of known-mass molecules to determine the calibration function so that we can assign a measured contrast to a specific mass. Be aware that the mass calibration for proteins can only be applied to proteins. For different “materials” separate mass calibrations need to be obtained.
