What is the units of length of the focus?
When I add 15 microliters of milliQ water on the coverslip and then I apply the droplet dilution fine focus, AcquireMP returns values about 38.217 +/- 0.001. I would like to know which unit of length this value is, if it is in nanometers or micrometers, and also with respect to what position is the value measured?

Hi both, there is no unit of length involved for this focus. We have a proprietary algorithm that we use for finding the focus automatically. This focus value, while fairly similar in most systems, it is unique for each individual instrument. Hope that helps!
