Hi Alessandra,

You will need coverslips (must be cleaned) and gaskets are the main consumables.

However, you will also need immersion oil for the objective (we provide this with the system).

Then you need access to a few proteins for calibration - plus I guess you need general lab gear like buffer, pipettes and tips
