Making a histogram based on eventsFitted.csv
I want to make a publication quality figure similar to the histogram.png file based on the data in events.fitted.csv.
The fitted peak in the histogram has 5635 counts (88%) suggesting to me that there should be in total 6403 fitted events, but there is a higher number of fitted events in the .csv file. Clearly I'm missing something; is there a cut-off applied for what to include in the histogram?

Hi Maria,
We’d need to see data, but there is no cut off, and you need to check that bin widths and also Gaussian peak and deviation are same in the two formats.
Our fitting is based on this raw data - the number of counts are under the Gaussian fitting. So if you have any data above the Gaussian fitting in the distribution is not counted.
