Hello Refeyn Team,

In the case of a protein complex where the affinities are not known, or are beyond the permissible range of the instrument (say, for instance, in the uM range), could I make a reaction volume at a high enough concentration, allow that to incubate, and then make a dilution of that complex to the concentration range that I typically use for finally adding to the cover slip?
