Calibration for PL coated plates
Hello! I'm measuring an interaction between two proteins. They both give signal when measured individually, but when I mix them together the counts decrease by at least 5 fold and I don't see an interaction. So I went to using PL coated plates and it helped me visualize the complex. However, the calibration that I used for regular glass plates doesn't seem to work well with PL plates (Native Mark ladder and a few proteins made in house). My proteins are 40 and 100 kDa, What calibration proteins would you recommend? Thanks!
